19日発売の週刊現代で、中田英寿氏とキャスター・滝川クリステルとの熱愛が報じられた。

同紙では、女優転身さえ噂される超人気ニュースキャスターと、サッカー界の「カリスマ」の、都内での密会の様子が報じられているという。

もっとも、サッカー界の「カリスマ」と称される中田英寿氏だが、見出しはあくまで滝川クリステルがメイン。ケータイ小説評論家の速水健朗氏からは「中田英寿の熱愛報道はサニーサイドの仕掛けたPRだろうけど芸がないねえ」とツイッターでdisられており、中田ビジネスもそろそろ次の展開を考える時期に来ているのかも知れない。
